Job Summary

Our growing Service & Installation Company is looking for a personable & outgoing person to handle and supervise the relationships between our customers and technicians. This role involves making outbound calls offering our services to new and existing customers. The position is also responsible for handling inbound calls, setting appointments, handling customer concerns and it will grow into a supervisory position.

We are looking for someone that is looking to grow with a great company. A candidate with a strong customer service background or who is efficient in sales and marketing would make a great fit. Our customers deserve prompt attention and careful follow through.
