Compensation: 30.00 - 40.00 USD, plus commissions and bonuses

SENIOR HVAC technicians are needed for year-round work. If you are looking for a change we may be the opportunity you are looking for! Responsibilities and Duties:
We need technicians who have experience servicing all forms of HVAC equipment, ranging from forced air systems both high-efficient and regular, geothermal, mini splits, rooftop package units, boilers, radiant heating, zoning systems and wiring communicating thermostats etc.... Experience with Chillers and commercial equipment a plus. We have a reputation for providing excellent customer service and solutions for our customers and we are looking for experienced technicians to help maintain that reputation and grow with our company. We have a delivery & warehouse manager who can make sure the equipment and material are provided for you, so you can focus on getting the job completed efficiently and professionally

Qualifications and Skills:
We are looking for technicians who have at least 7 years experience as a senior tech and want to grow with a company that believes in a true team mentality. We would love to be the last company you work for!

The ideal candidate has the following:
* A Positive and Strong Work Ethic
* Must have been a SENIOR technician for at least 5 years
* Experience servicing Boilers, Gas, high-efficiency units, Geothermal & Mitsubishi mini splits a plus
* Must have CFC license
* Chillers & Commercial experience a plus
* Great Customer Service
* Attention to Detail
* Is Organized and Efficient
* Is solution based and can offer recommendations to a customer for the best comfort available
* Experience using Service Titan is a plus**
