Compensation: 200.00 USD

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to manage our HVAC & plumbing company, located in [COMPANY LOCATION]. The general manager will be expected to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs as well as managing day to day operations.

General Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the business.
Lead business development
Preconstruction Services
Estimating
Training and hiring employees.
Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
Evaluate staff to determine training needs strengths and weaknesses and determine a plan for improvements or replacement.
Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees.
Help with HR related topics.
Engage in broader organizational strategic planning.
Other responsibilities assigned by the officers and/or directors

General Manager Requirements:

BS Mechanical Engineering or similar.
5+ years of related experience
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized
Strong work ethic
Good interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Proactive Nature

(preferred but not required for potential candidate)

Experience in HVAC or Plumbing Business
General Management Experience
Degree in Business Management or Masters in Business Administration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
