Our HVAC company continues to grow! And, we're seeking a customer service representative to join our team! Candidates must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.

You will be responsible for helping our customers and our field team. Our company is open 24 hours a day 7 days. We offer a flexible benefits package and can customize your working hours. Create and follow processes
Strong organizational skills
Social Media scheduling and content creation
Image and short video creation for social media

Your Duties Will Include:

Answering the phone and scheduling appointments
Responding and following up with customers
Following up on all lead services
Maintenance Plans-scheduling, setting up, tracking
Weekly - tagging all jobs and customers
Weekly - listening and closing all Google Guarantee leads
Registering warranties
Scheduling social media and responding
Creating images and video content for social media
Updating pricing when needed, adding new products, removing products and managing the database

**Schedule:
**8-hour shift Monday to Friday. Occasional OT and Weekend availability
