Job Summary

Perform skilled technical work in the maintenance, repair, replacement, and installation of heating, air conditioning equipment, controls, and distribution systems. Qualifications

  • Three or more years of progressively responsible experience working with complex HVAC systems and equipment
  • Strong attention to details and ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Honest and conscientious team player with quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Customer service attitude with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High comfortability with utilizing technology
  • Desire to invest in your own education and skill advancement
  • Carpentry Skills
  • Ability to handle physical workload and lift heavy objects

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial and residential air conditioning equipment
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Work independently without much supervision but always as a TEAM
  • Keep jobsite clean and vehicle neat and organized
  • Be available for on-call duty and extended work hours

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and minimum of 3 years driving experience

  • Must be able to pass Drug Screening and Background Check

  • EPA Certification (Universal required)

  • Well-groomed and neat appearance

  • Service Knowledge of 16+ SEER systems and heat pumps

  • Demonstrate efficient and effective problem solving skills
