Compensation: 40,000.00 - 100,000.00 USD, Weekly revenue bonus and spiffs. Performance based pay

Job Summary

Evans air conditioning is a (family owned, award winning, community favorite) and operated HVAC specialists: residential, commercial, industrial. Requirements

Technical school completion
5+ Years of Relevant Experience
EPA Universal Certification
Experience with Climate Master and other WSHP (Water Source Heat Pump)
Clean Driving Record
Clean Criminal Record

What We Look For

NATE and other certifications is a PLUS
Experience with packaged A/C, heat pumps, and ductless mini splits
Experience with commercial equipment: RTUs up to 20 tons

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, Repair, & Preventative Maintenance
Central A/C, Heat Pumps, Ductless Mini-Splits, etc.
Supervision of Installation
Sweat Copper Plumbing
