Midwest Comfort Heating & Cooling is a family-owned and operated heating and cooling contractor in Elk Grove Village, IL. Customer service and satisfaction are our number one goals. We make sure that issues are diagnosed correctly the first time and all options are clearly presented, thus providing our customers ultimate comfort and satisfaction. Our dynamic company is growing and we are looking for Service Technicians to join the Midwest Comfort team.

The qualifications we are looking for in team members are:

Must have strong technical skills in servicing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
3 years minimum of HVAC service experience
Experience installing residential equipment is a HUGE plus
Ductless mini-split experience highly desirable but will train
Must be EPA certified
Must have your own tools
Must have valid drivers license with a good driving record
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have a clean, professional appearance
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be fluent speaking and writing English
Must have excellent organizational skills
Must be respectful, courteous and professional at all times with customers and colleagues.
Must conduct oneself with honesty and integrity
Must be able to work independently as well as a part of the Midwest Comfort team.
Must be punctual and dependable
Must be willing to work long hours including nights, weekends and holidays when demand requires.
Must live within 30 minutes of our location in Elk Grove Village.
