Job Requirements
- Valid Driver License and reliable car to get to work 
- Speak English 
- Authorized to work in the USA 
- Able to physically handle all cleaning tasks including lifting and using heavy ladders 
- Smartphone with data plan for business use 
- Not afraid of heights
