At [INSERT COMPANY] we’re pleased to offer a seasonal position as a Holiday Lighting Installer. This position is from [INSERT MONTH] to [INSERT MONTH], however, we are looking for exceptional individuals in all our divisions and your performance may put you in the front of the line for opportunities after the holiday season.

Pay

$15 - $25 per hour based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working with a team of experienced holiday lighting installers to design, set up, and take down lighting systems at client properties

  • Loading, unpacking, and carrying ladders/equipment

  • Climbing and working from ladders as well as roofs

  • Receiving full training on ladder safety and fall-restraint systems when on roofs

  • Ensuring the safety of your yourself and others on your team by maintaining safety standards

  • Locating, reporting, and troubleshooting power issues related to lighting systems or lit decor

  • Organizing lights, decorations, tools, inventory, and inventory within vehicles as well as warehouse

  • Maintaining a positive attitude with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors

What We’re Looking For

  • No experience required. We are looking for people with a solid work ethic

  • Ability to follow instructions and work well with others

  • Must be able to work weekends and some evenings

  • Strong problem solving and multitasking skills

  • Not afraid of heights

  • Ability to regularly lift objects weighing 10 pounds or more

  • Occasionally lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds

  • Good driving record

  • Basic electrical knowledge is helpful

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Graduated high school or GED equivalent

  • Agree to take and pass background check and drug test

  • Be punctual and reliable

  • Ability to speak and understand English
