Pay
$15 - $25 per hour based on experience and qualifications
What You’ll Be Doing
Working with a team of experienced holiday lighting installers to design, set up, and take down lighting systems at client properties
Loading, unpacking, and carrying ladders/equipment
Climbing and working from ladders as well as roofs
Receiving full training on ladder safety and fall-restraint systems when on roofs
Ensuring the safety of your yourself and others on your team by maintaining safety standards
Locating, reporting, and troubleshooting power issues related to lighting systems or lit decor
Organizing lights, decorations, tools, inventory, and inventory within vehicles as well as warehouse
Maintaining a positive attitude with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors
What We’re Looking For
No experience required. We are looking for people with a solid work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
Must be able to work weekends and some evenings
Strong problem solving and multitasking skills
Not afraid of heights
Ability to regularly lift objects weighing 10 pounds or more
Occasionally lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Good driving record
Basic electrical knowledge is helpful
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Graduated high school or GED equivalent
Agree to take and pass background check and drug test
Be punctual and reliable
Ability to speak and understand English
